Beaverworks Mint is honoured to be able to present the High Relief RCAF Centennial Silver Maple 1 Troy Oz coin. Although this coin is not as high relief as our Ultra-High Relief, it is a stunning example of beauty. This coin is struck in 99.99 pure fine silver which refined by the Royal Canadian Mint. This coin is features the RCAF Crest and engraved Centennial logo on the obverse and the reverse features the High Relief Maple Leaf derived from the RCAF Roundel. This new release represent a major milestone for Beaverworks Mint as we have completed a multi-year effort to build our own mint from scratch and we are honoured to be able to offer this as our first issue. This coin is packaged inside a coin display slab and inside a paperboard carton and features multiple security seals. We have prepared in advance of expectation of interest for this coin enough packaging so that we may be better able to quickly process orders. All coins are made by Beaverworks Mint under the guidance of our leader, Canadian Artist Joseph Green. Every coin that leaves our facility must pass his inspection for quality. Due to the fact all of the techniques and practices for producing proof quality are protected under trade secrecy, we always aim to only and exclusively produce proof quality works. We are close and are dialing in our systems and technique. We strike each coin multiple times and take every possible step to ensure a clean chamber and die surface prior to any any strikes.

We have an offer for groups who wish to help us sell this coin. If you operate museums or kitshops on a base, or even individuals, for customers who wish to become a distributor, we offer a discount of $20 per coin for orders 10 units and over. This way, it will allow us to help your group to generate some revenue while helping us to promote this product. We have the legal permission to use the Centennial Logo until midnight 31 March, 2025 and it is our goal to try and generate as many sales as possible. We are a small start up with big ambition and our goal is to sell as many of these as possible before the deadline. Our systems can strike 1000 coins per hour so volume won’t be an issue. We have approximately 250 coin display slabs ready to go, we are waiting on our paperboard carton packaging which will arrive next week and then shipping will commence. Since we only have a limited amount of time to generate as many sales as possible with this, there is no upper limit on mintage quantity.
Help us spread the word, online or in person. Its taken an immense amount of time, energy and drive to get to this point. This is our shot at the brass ring. Help us get there Canada! We aim to make you proud.
Each coin is wrapped in cut foam sheet, then sealed with a “BM” security ribbon which cannot be removed without breaking and there is another security sticker of the RCAF Roundel with a transparent red Maple Leaf which is overlaid on the BM which rests over the face of the coin. Inside the blue ring are the words printed in an embossed manner “Beaverworks Mint” and “Joseph Green B.FA”. Each coin is individually hand crafted, wrapped and sealed inside a paperboard carton that Green designed and has printed additional material onto himself, along with printing and applying all these security features himself. In his words, “I want to impart as much beautiful torment into my collectors as a way for them to share in the extreme hardships I’ve had to endure in order to get here. With these seals, its creates what in the world of quantum physics is known as “superposition” made famous by the physicist Erwin Schrödinger and his famous “Schrödinger’s cat” thought experiment. Within the sealed box, there lay an infinite amount of possible realities which exist until collectors collapse one into reality. Of course all the orders shipped have coins, but, within that, do they really? The only way to know is to open it and confirm that yes, in fact, they sent a coin and thereby collapsing this reality into existence. Until collectors collapse it into reality, there could be anything within that box, possibly even a tiny, dead cat…lol…however, the only way to really know, is to open it and break the seals and when they do, they now remove the ability for any way for them to say that it is still “Mint in Box”…as collectors collapse one reality into existence, as a consequence of that, they collapse any other reality from ever possibly spawning which is having that “Mint in Box” status. I have made these as beautiful as I possibly could, every possible thought has gone into this and once the decision has been made to thoughtfully accept the consequences of collapsing one reality into existence, I want it to be something really special, to know that these are artistic expressions of my love for Canada, those who serve, why they serve and to leverage the highest levels of my skills to show my love and appreciation for them. These coins are not made in China, they are made right here, in my studio in a farm garage, outside of Edmonton and touches on the Canadian barnstormers of yesteryear. If collectors do purchase, then they do so from a simple guy named Joe, knowing that Joe, me, that I take immense pride in my work, especially this. I want to insource everything, meaning that eventually, all aspects of what you see here, all the components and tooling which goes into making these, are made here, with tools, molds, machines…everything, made here in Canada. Its the principle behind it. Every sale is like a footstep in a Canadian Legacy path, which this has enabled many countless Canadians who share in this ethos, can participate in. I believe in Canada, our history, legacy and it is up to us to shape her future, and, by God’s grace, I hope that this contribution can serve to inspire others in some small way.”
